
Corporate Service Associate
Huntsville, Alabama
Specific responsibilities include:
Build and maintain relationships to achieve highest level of service;
Process benefit enrollments (FSA/HAS);
Running ACH funding files and processing reimbursements as needed;
Assist in maintaining and building out of our Benefit Open Enrollment Portal;
Process new hire welcome letters, and providing log-in instruction mailings;
Field FSA and HAS questions from employees and employers (balance inquiries, login in issues, etc);
Telephone follow-up with phone inquiries as needed;
Assist with mail processing and distribution throughout office;
Processing of checks though automated deposit system;
Provide back up coverage of front desk/reception area;
Manage office responsibilities by prioritizing daily work including answer phones, client mailings, operational duties and team support;
Other duties as requested
Qualifications include:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial industry; (ie; Bank Teller, CSR, etc)
Knowledge and Skills: Effective organizational and communication skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
