Valerie McPherson is the Human Resource/Accounting Manager, she is responsible for the Human Resource infrastructure which includes managing all new hires, processing payroll, annual performance evaluations, policies and procedures and any other Human Resource matters. In addition, she works directly with the Chief Financial Officer and is assigned many accounting functions including Accounts Payable. Valerie is a member of the North Alabama Society of Human Resource Management.
Prior to coming to Keel Point she has 37 years of experience in the Financial Industry. Valerie and her husband, Rodney live in Huntsville, have two sons, Adam (married to Ashley) and Keith (married to Julie) and four grandchildren, Lyla, Emerson, Brantley and Cheyenne.
